....hollywood’s Destroyed BeTTeR wriTers

LoSERS LOUNGE is a character driven comedy based on the pursuit of the classic

American dream: Sell a screenplay to Hollywood and become an

«overnight» success. But there’s a twist.

Despite their relentless failure, four aspiring screenwriters in a small town manage to

sabotage their one shot at success and discover that failure can be its own reward.

Joshua M. Bott  appears in a supporting role as Alpha, an up and coming screen

writer, who is looking to join a screen writing group until he actually meets the "Losers"

of LoSERS LoUNGE.   Unbeknownst to Alpha, the Losers rejoin the blow-off in true

screenwriter fashion.

The film is 90 minutes and was shot on location in Oregon and Washington with a

SAG cast and crew, and features a soundtrack featuring legendary musicians Oscar

Brown Jr. and John Lurie.

The writer/director, Janine Kijner, has received several awards for writing and has

worked on other film projects that have premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival 2003

and The Sundance Film Festival 2001.
